Refund policy

All sales outside of the EU are final. Items in my shop are made to order, so I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

To comply with the EU right of withdrawal, customers in the EU are able to return items within 14 days. The customer is required to provide their own return postage along with a 2% restocking fee.
