I'm needlerat, a burned out academic turned artist. I mostly paint with watercolor, which is the perfect medium for a recovering perfectionist like me because at a certain point, you can't really cover up your mistakes and just have to embrace them! 

I love painting animals, landscapes and the occasional building.
